I love party planning, holiday parties and dinner parties as much as the next girl. I love making holiday memories with each shared meal. Everyone sitting down and saying, “This is such a gorgeous spread!”
Yes, I love all of that. But let’s get real for a minute, friends. Parties are a lot of work. And wouldn’t you rather spend your time visiting with your guests than in the kitchen?
Today, along with Smithfield, I’m helping you do just that. All you need to make these delectable Ham and Gruyere Bites is: Smithfield Anytime Favorites Cubed Ham, shredded Gruyere cheese, phyllo pastry shells and fresh thyme leaves.
And after 6 min, you’ll be serving a delicious and not to mention, gorgeous bite to your guests.
To make these bites you will simply need to place the ham in the phyllo shells, sprinkle with shredded gruyere cheese and bake just until the cheese melts and the ham is warmed through.
Once you pull them out of the oven simply sprinkle some fresh thyme leaves over the top and you’re good to go!
See! I said it was easy!
Honestly, you don’t need to because they come together so quickly. That being said, you can certainly fill the phyllo shells with the ham and cheese and refrigerate until you are ready to cook. Once you’re ready, simply heat the oven to 350 and cook 5 – 7 minutes.
Now that you know how easy these are to make, it’s time to get them on your holiday party planning menus!
I mean, look at how pretty they are, they’ll be a show stopper for sure!
