A Poinsettia Cocktail, made with Prosecco and cranberry juice, is the perfect festive and elegant cocktail to celebrate Christmas or ring in the New Year.
The holidays are here! Let’s get a little festive! A glass of sparkling wine is always a great way to celebrate anything. I’m thinking it’s the bubbles that make it so fun. Or maybe it’s the “pop”when opening the bottle. But whatever it is, from weddings, to birthdays, to anniversaries and holidays, Prosecco or Champagne is an elegant drink to serve at just about any occasion.
And during the holidays is an excuse to step up the champagne drink game by making a champagne cocktail. They are a jazzed up version of your favorite bubbly. This Poinsettia Cocktail is just that. It is a gorgeous festive cocktail that will be the hit of your next holiday celebration.
This festive cocktail is super easy to make. No cocktail shakers or mixing. Simply pour the triple sec and cranberry juice into a chilled champagne flute. Then top with the prosecco. Add a sprig of rosemary and a couple cranberries for a garnish.
See! Isn’t it just so gorgeous! The red from the cranberry, the green from the rosemary and of course those bubbles. Don’t you just love it all?! I know and do and I know that this Poinsettia Cocktail is sure to a hit at your next holiday celebration.
