Olive oil Round Steak Onion Garlic Mushrooms Flour Beef Broth Vegetable Broth Worcestershire Russet Potatoes Half and Half Tarragon Salt and Pepper

Step 1

Brown Steak 

Step 2

Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Step 3

Sprinkle with flour. Cook 1 minute.

Step 4

Pour in beef and vegetable broths and Worcestershire. Add potatoes, and steak. Simmer.

Step 5

Temper half and half with hot broth.

Step 6

Add tempered half and half to soup. Stir in fresh tarragon.
