Friends, I am really, really excited about this. The nice folks at Creminelli Fine Meats are giving away a one time shipment of their Creminelli Club for the month of December. If you haven’t heard of Creminelli Fine Meats, let me enlighten you. They produce some of the most delectable salami I’ve ever had. And that is including the salami I had when Ryan and I went to Italy. I’m telling you, it is downright delicious. And now one of you is going to get a chance to try some!
Salami has always been one of my favorite go to snacks. It’s the first plate I head for at any party. And a plate I always make sure to have at mine. However, it can be hard to find really good, quality salami. At least I used to think so, until I was introduced to Creminelli salami at the International Food Bloggers Conference a few years back. One bite and I was absolutely smitten. It’s salty. It’s savory. It’s meaty. Everything a good salami should be. They only use all natural and organic ingredients. Meats that are raised humanely and without antibiotics. And they buy local whenever possible. Basically, they know what their doing over at Creminelli. Makes sense, since according to their family legend, they’ve been salami artisans since the 1600s.
Recently Creminelli Fine Meats launched the Creminelli Club. And I’m not gonna lie, I kinda want it for Christmas. Tell me this does not sound fantastic. If you are in the club you get 4 shipments a year. Each shipment arrives with exclusive salamis. Meaning you cannot buy it in stores and it is not made for anyone else. Each box also contains pairings like small batch cheese and preserves. Santa are you listening?
What I am giving away today is the December Creminelli Club box. And friends, it sounds glorious. This month’s box includes:
To enter simply leave a comment below telling me your favorite Holiday party appetizer. I don’t think it needs to be said but salami is mine, Creminelli Tartufo Salami to be exact.

Giveaway ends Sunday, December 16 at 6pm PST.

To ensure freshness, the box will be sent directly from Creminelli Fine Meats to the winner.

December 15, 2012 at 5:59 amOh, definitely meat and cheese platters! There’s some smoked pepperoni and maple mustard from a store in Vermont that I order every year. So good! There’s also a new recipe — corn and green chile dip — that I’ve been obsessed with since Thanksgiving that I’m taking to every party I’m going to this year. It’s so simple, but so delicious (and addictive!).
