Do like cheese? How about chicken? And Buffalo sauce? And Bread? If you answered yes to all of those then you are going to fall head over heels in love with this Cheesy Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread. It is loaded with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, shredded chicken and Moore’s Original Buffalo Sauce.
Truth be told, I’m pretty picky when it comes to buffalo wing sauce. It has got to have the right amount of spice and tang. I have tried several buffalo wing sauces over the years. Some have not had any heat while others have had so much vinegar it over powers the whole thing. Moore’s Original Buffalo Wing Sauce, is neither of those, it has the perfect amount of tangy and the cayenne gives just the right amount of spicy. And while it would obviously be good on chicken wings, I thought using it in this Cheesy Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread would put the perfect twist on the game day classic.
Plus, cheese is always a good idea.
Especially when it’s three different kinds of cheese.
The idea for this Cheesy Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread started with the idea of making a cheesy buffalo dip. Dips are always a hit at any party. I knew I wanted it to be hot and melty so I used cream cheese, mozzarella and cheddar. But what would I use to dip in it? Crackers? Chips? Bread? And then I thought “What if I stuff the dip inside the bread?!”
And BOOM! Cheesy Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread was born.
When it comes to easy, game day appetizers this baby is it. The hardest thing will be cutting the bread. You want to make sure that you cut almost all the way through. You want to have pockets big enough to stuff the filling into but you also want to make sure it stays together. Next, mix the cheeses, chicken, mayo and Moore’s Original Buffalo Sauce together, stuff the bread and bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
And then dive right in…
