Feta Dressing is creamy yet light and full of flavor. Use on salads, vegetables and even as a dip for fries!
You guys! This dressing! I can’t lie, I am head over heels in love with it and have been putting it on all the things. It’s creamy, full of salty feta, tangy lemon juice and herbs. It is super easy to whip up and good on so many different things.
I am confident that you guys are going to love this Creamy Feta Dressing as much as me. Pretty soon you’ll be drizzling it on your salads, your roasted vegetables and even dunking your fries in it.
Let’s talk about what you’ll need to make it:
I used a mini-food processor (affiliate link) for this. It is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. You can also use a blender.
STEP #1: Combine feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, oregano and 1 tablespoon of water in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.
STEP #2: If dressing is too thick, add additional tablespoon of water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Keep this Feta Dressing in sealed jar in the refrigerator. It’ll keep for several days.
Like I said above, this dressing is great on so many things. I’ve added it to salads of course. Used it as a dip for french fries and tots. And one of my absolute favorite ways to drizzle it over some air fryer broccoli.
