Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip is THE dip that you need for your next party. It’s creamy, cheesy perfect for dunking chips or bread.
When it comes to party planning, dips are a must make. They are a great way to feed a crowd. Whether they are cold like Caramelized French Onion Dip or Bacon Cheese Dip. Or they are hot like Hot Nacho Dip or Chili Cream Cheese Dip, dips are always the hit of the party. And if you are in need of a hot dip for your next game day party, BBQ or potluck then you have got to make this Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip.
Not only is it party perfect because it is easy to make, but it also only uses one small crockpot and stays warm throughout the party. This means not a lot of mess and not a lot of work for you. I call that a win!
Let’s talk about what you’ll need to make it:
Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
FROZEN SPINACH: Make sure that the frozen spinach is well thawed and any excess water is removed with paper towels.
ARTICHOKE HEARTS: Canned artichoke hearts in water not marinated artichoke hearts. Marinated artichoke hearts will add other flavors to the dip.
SHALLOTS: Will add subtle onion flavor.
GARLIC: I prefer to use freshly minced garlic.
MAYONNAISE
SOUR CREAM: Adds creaminess and a bit of acidity.
MOZZARELLA/ PARMESAN: I recommend grating both cheeses yourself for the best flavor and texture of the dip.
CREAM CHEESE: Helps make the dip rich and creamy.

Notes
A smaller crockpot is going to work the best for this dip 1 – 2 quarts is best. Mozzarella and Parmesan are salty so I prefer to salt the dip after it has cooked so you can adjust it to your liking. Nutrition information for estimation purposes only.
