Summer is in full swing and we are loving it around here, BBQs, play dates at the park, trips to the beach and spending time outside whenever we can. Keeping cool with refreshing cocktails is one of my favorite part of these summer activities. This Stoli Ruby Red Crushed Grapefruit Sprit is just that. It’s slightly sweet, refreshing and perfect for summer evenings.
Stoli has just released their new Stoli Crushed line with two flavors that are perfect for summer: Pineapple and Ruby Red Grapefruit. Stoli Crushed vodka is an imported premium vodka with real fruit juice. The blends make making cocktails a breeze. A splash of sparkling water and pineapple or grapefruit vodka is a wonderful cocktail all on it’s own. Plus cocktails that are easy to make are essential for all of your lazy lake days and backyard BBQs.
I love the tart and tangy flavor of grapefruit so I decided to use the Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit vodka to make this Grapefruit Spritz Cocktail. Like I said before, the Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit vodka and a splash of sparkling water is great on it’s own but to make this Grapefruit Spritz even more refreshing (and to use up some of the mint growing in my herb garden right now) I decided to muddle some fresh mint and sugar in the bottom. It added the perfect amount of minty sweetness.
These Stoli Crushed Grapefruit Spritz cocktails have been a hit each and every time that I have made them. And obviously, not only do they make great drinks for your outdoor activities but they are the perfect for girl’s night, bridal showers and bachelorette parties. Because, I mean no girl party is complete without a pink drink. Am I right?!
