Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip is a delectable no bake dessert perfect for all of your Easter celebrations. With only six ingredients it’s a breeze to make.

Welcome to this year’s #EasterSweetsWeek event hosted by Angie from Big Bear’s Wife. We’re so glad that you’ve joined us for this week long event of Springtime and Easter dessert recipes! We’re sharing tons of treats this week plus a few fantastic giveaways! You’re going to love what we have in store for you.
On Monday I contributed Lemon Poppy Seed Bread for #EasterSweetsWeek, today I am sharing this Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip. It’s creamy, decadent and perfect for Easter brunch!
Robin eggs are by far my favorite easter candy. I have loved them since I was a kid. I love the colorful crunchy outside and the chocolate malty inside. I’ve even made a milkshake with them before. Like I said, they are my favorite.
Holidays, especially holidays that surround a big meal, are always super busy. I am always busy making the big feast and a lot of the time, dessert is an after thought. But with no-bake desserts like this Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip, I can make a decadent dessert in a flash.
Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip comes together very quickly. There are 6 ingredients and again, no baking. You don’t even need any chill time. You could serve this right away. Making it an even better option for a busy cook!
To make this Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip, I do use malted milk and whipped topping. Malted milk can sometimes be hard to find but a well stocked grocery store should have it in the baking section next to the sweetened condensed and evaporated milk.
When it comes to the whipped topping, I know some people prefer not to use it. I chose to use it to make this dip as easy as possible. Homemade whipped cream is an option if you have it!
And when it comes to dipping, nilla wafers and graham crackers are great options. So are fruits like strawberries and apples!
I topped this Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip with, what else, crushed Malted Robin Eggs. To crush them, place them in a resealable plastic bag and gently hit them with a rolling pin to crush them. You’ll get big and small pieces and it makes a really pretty top for the dip.
Before I go, here is a little more about #EasterSweetsWeek.
