What you need:

DIP JALAPENOS IN SEASONED FLOUR

Combine flour and seasoning salt on a plate. Dredge jalapeno slices in seasoned flour.

Whisk egg in a shallow bowl. After dredging the jalapenos in the flour, dip in the egg.

Combine panko and salt in a shallow dish. After dipping the jalapenos in the egg, dredge in panko to coat.

Fry until golden brown.

Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry jalapenos until golden brown, use slotted spoon to remove from oil and sprinkle with salt.
