Air Fryer Broccoli

This quick air fryer broccoli will make an easy addition to any weeknight meal. Seasoned with sesame oil for an Asian inspired twist!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3 broccoli crowns cut into florets
  • 2 teaspoons canola or olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon umami powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients,  except sesame seeds, together in a bowl. Toss the broccoli  so that it is completely coated. 
  • Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket and roast  at 375 for 10 minutes. Remove and shake the basket halfway through. If you want it a bit crispier cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes. 
  • Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
