Ingredients
2poundschicken wings
1tablespoonoilcanola or vegetable
1tablespooncornstarch
1teaspoongranulated garlic
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/4cupFranks Red Hot Sauce
4tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Place a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss wings with oil, granulated garlic, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Place wings on cooling rack and bake for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for another 15 minutes or until the wings are brown and crispy.
While the wings are cooking, heat hot sauce and butter together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.
Once the wings are done cooking, place in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the top and toss to coat completely. Serve immediately.
Notes
