Basil Whipped Goat Cheese

Basil Whipped Goat Cheese is a quick, easy appetizer. This soft spreadable cheese is perfect to add to charcuterie boards or spread on crostini.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces goat cheese at room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh basil chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper plus more to taste
  • salt

Instructions

  • Combine goat cheese, garlic and basil together in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Scrape down sides of processor. Add salt and pepper. Pulse a couple more times. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve with crostini and/or veggies.
  • Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. Use within a few days.
