Beef noodle stir-fry is one of my favorite comfort foods. It is loaded with thinly sliced beef, peppers, mushrooms, onions and udon noodles.

1tablespoonsesame oil
1 - 1 1/4poundtop sirloin steakthinly sliced
2green bell peppersthinly sliced
1/2medium yellow onionsliced
2cupssliced mushrooms
10clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonteriyaki sauce
1 1/2teaspoonsground ginger
1teaspoonhot chili oil
1/2teaspoonfish sauce
1 1/4poundfresh udon noodles
3green onionsdiced
sesame seeds
sriracha
hoisin
Instructions
In a large pan or wok heat sesame oil. Add in steak and cook until it starts to brown, about 2 minutes. Add in peppers, onions, yellow onion, mushrooms and garlic. Stir well.
Add in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ground ginger, chili oil and fish sauce. Cook 3 minutes or until veggies have started to soften. Add in udon noodles and toss to combine. Add in green onions. Serve immediately with sesame seeds, hoisin and sriracha sauce.
