Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 15 ounces canned black beans drained
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle. The longer the better.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
