Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Squirt of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine the peeled, deveined prawns, Cajun seasoning and olive oil in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Cover and chill for 20 - 30 minutes.
    1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Turn oven on broil setting.
  • Lay prawns in a single layer on a cookie sheet and cook on middle rack until the shrimp turn pink. About 5 minutes.Be careful not to over cook them as they will become tough
  • Transfer to serving platter and squirt with lemon juice.

Notes

I left the tails on the shrimp when I made them to make them a perfect finger food. But this is optional, you can remove the tails with the shells if desired.
