Everyone's favorite takeout entree is easy to make at home! This Chicken Chow Mein recipe is loaded with veggies and quick enough for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
12ounceschow mein noodles
3tablespoonscanola oil
1poundboneless skinless chicken breasts
4cupsshredded cabbage
1/2yellow onionsliced
1carrot cut into matchsticks
3celery diced
6cloves garlic
2green onions
Chow Mein Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cuplow-sodium chicken broth
2tablespoons oyster sauce
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonmirin
Instructions
Whisk together ingredients for sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Toss chicken with 1 tablespoon sauce.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Transfer to another plate and set aside.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in the same skillet. Add cabbage, yellow onion, carrot, cerely and garlic. Cook just until softened, about 3 - 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and add noodles. Pour remaining sauce over the top and toss to coat. Continue to cook until warmed through. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve.
