Ingredients

Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup lightly packed cilantro stems removed, chopped
1 cup packed Italian flat leaf parsley stems removed, chopped small
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Allow to set for at least 10 minutes to let flavors develop. Even better if you can wait an hour.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator and use within a few days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
