Ingredients
1/2yellow onion
1jalapeñostem removed
3garlic
29ouncesdiced tomatoes 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
2chipotle peppers
1tablespoonlime juice
1/4cup cilantroloosely packed
3/4teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Combine onion, jalapeño and garlic together in a food processor. Pulse until minced fine.
Add remaining ingredients to the processor and pluse until desired consistency. Adjust seasoning with more salt if necessary.
