Ingredients
Ingredients:

14.5 ounce can chickpeas
1/4
cup
avocado oil
2
tablespoons
mild taco seasoning
or hot for a kick
Salt to taste
Instructions
Drain the chickpeas, rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chickpeas. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Shake the pan (or stir) every couple of minutes.
Remove chickpeas from heat and sprinkle taco seasoning over the top. Toss to coat.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer chickpeas to a paper towel lined plate. Season to taste with salt. Serve immediately.
