Ingredients
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1tablespoonfresh dill chopped
1garlic cloveminced
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper
8ouncesCastelvetrano Olivesdrained
Instructions
Combine olive oil, vinegar, dill, garlic and crused red pepper in a bowl. Whisk together.
Add olives and toss to coat. Serve right away or allow to marinate.
Notes
