Dill Marinated Green Olives

Dill Marinated Green Olives are a great easy snack. Buttery Castelvetrano olives tossed with fresh dill and garlic are irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 8 ounces Castelvetrano Olives drained

Instructions

  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, dill, garlic and crused red pepper in a bowl. Whisk together.
  • Add olives and toss to coat. Serve right away or allow to marinate.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Olive oil will coagulate in the refrigerator so be sure to allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
