2tablespoonsavocadoor other high heat oil
2tablespoonsblackened seasoning
Instructions
Preheat a grill to 500 degrees.
Brush both sides of pork chops with avocado oil (or other high heat oil). Season both sides with blackened seasoning.
Grill pork chops 1 - 2 minutes per side at high heat to sear. Turn the grates the pork chops are on off while leaving the others on. Cook using indirect heat for 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 145 degrees.
