Roasted Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad is a twist on the classic salad! Charred Brussels Sprouts tossed with garlicky bread crumbs, parmesan and caesar dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound Brussels Sprouts halved (or quartered if they are big)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shavings or grated
  • lemon wedges

Garlicky Bread Crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Toss halved (or quartered) Brussels Sprouts with olive oil and granulated garlic. Make sure they are coated well.
  • Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool then chop.
  • Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add panko bread crumbs and granulated garlic. Cook just until the bread crumbs start to brown.
  • Combine roasted sprouts, parmesan, bread crumbs and Caesar salad dressing together in a large bowl.
  • Toss to coat. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.

Notes

If you don't have granulated garlic you can substitute garlic powder. If you use garlic salt, omit the additional salt in the recipe.
