Roasted Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad is a twist on the classic salad! Charred Brussels Sprouts tossed with garlicky bread crumbs, parmesan and caesar dressing.

Ingredients
1 1/2poundBrussels Sproutshalved (or quartered if they are big)
1 tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/4teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4cup Caesar dressing
1/4cup Parmesan cheese shavings or grated
lemon wedges
Garlicky Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoonsbutter
1/2cuppanko bread crumbs
1/4teaspoongranulated garlic
Instructions
Toss halved (or quartered) Brussels Sprouts with olive oil and granulated garlic. Make sure they are coated well.
Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool then chop.
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add panko bread crumbs and granulated garlic. Cook just until the bread crumbs start to brown.
Combine roasted sprouts, parmesan, bread crumbs and Caesar salad dressing together in a large bowl.
Toss to coat. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
Notes
