Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Walnuts and Cranberries
Brussels sprouts roasted with walnuts and tossed with cranberries. Perfect for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
- 1 cup raw California Walnuts chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss Brussels sprouts and walnuts with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Roasted in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Stir and roast for another 20 - 25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts start to brown.
Remove from oven, toss with cranberries. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
