Garlic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds cleaned and pat dry 1 tablespoon avocado oil 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt Curry Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds cleaned and pat dry 2 tablespoons avocado oil 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
For the garlic pumpkin seeds, combine all ingredients together in a bowl and toss to coat. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast pumpkin seeds in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until crispy. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
