Ingredients
14.5ouncesfire roasted tomatoes drained
16ouncesroasted red peppersdrained
1/4cupunsalted almonds
4clovesgarlic
1tablespoon sherry vinegar
2teaspoonspaprika
1/4cup extra virgin olive oil
3slicesbaguette torn into pieces, about 1/2 cup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until sauce comes together. Season to taste with salt.
