Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon hot chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 serrano pepper diced
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 green onions diced

Instructions

  • Heat chili oil, canola oil and sesame oil together in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in Serrano and peanuts. Cook until peanuts start to brown slightly, about 3 minutes.
  • Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and continue cooking for a couple more minutes. Serve as a snack or on top of your favorite stir fry dish.
