Ingredients
1/4cupmayonnaise
1garlic cloveminced
4slicesbreadcomo or french
2tomatoes

Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise and garlic.
Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Depending on the size of the tomatoes you should get 4 slices per tomato.
Toast bread slices and spread garlic mayonnaise on both slices of bread.
Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with salt and serve.
Notes
It is important to mince the garlic fine so there aren't large pieces of garlic in the mayonnaise. If you just want a subtle hint of garlic flavor, rub a clove on the toasted bread slices while they are warm instead of mixing it into the mayo. Nutrition information for estimation purposes only.
