Ingredients
1/4cupmayonnaise
2teaspoonsherry vinegar
1teaspoondried rosemary
2cupsshredded turkey
1/2cupchopped pecans
2celery stalks
1/4cupdried cranberries
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, sherry vinegar and rosemary.
In a large bowl combine shredded turkey, celery, pecans and dried cranberries. Pour dressing over the top. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with lettuce cups or bread as sandwiches.
