White Bean and Rosemary Hummus
White beans, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice and a last minute addition make this dip a keeper.

Ingredients:
- 15 ounce can white beans drained but 1 tablespoon of liquid reserved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine all ingredients together in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with veggies, tortilla chips or pita bread.
